When I was a teenager, someone told me I had the form and the talent to go professional with horses. I had the blue ribbons to prove it. And I wanted a horse more than almost anything.
But I also wanted ballet. And the theatre. And to travel the world. And I knew, even then, that horses are not a hobby. They are a world. A total, all-encompassing commitment that leaves very little room for anything else.
So I made a choice that has quietly defined the rest of my life. I chose all of it.
Not horses, as it turned out. But the principle? Absolutely. I refused to be one thing.
For years, running a business, that refusal felt like a problem. Every marketing course, every business mentor, every well-meaning colleague told me the same thing: niche down. Pick your person. Be specific. And I understood the logic. But my work is energy work, and energy work can help everyone. That’s not a boast, it’s just true. The nervous system doesn’t discriminate. Ancestral patterns don’t belong to one demographic. Subconscious limiting beliefs are not the exclusive property of a particular age group or life stage.
And here’s what I’ve come to understand about the people who find their way to me: they don’t always know exactly what they’re searching for. That’s precisely why they’re searching. Life doesn’t present itself in neat categories. It arrives as a messy, layered, ever-evolving mix of circumstances, hormones, age, loss, longing, transition, and the occasional complete unravelling. People are not looking for a niche. They are looking for someone who can meet them where they actually are.
I can do that. Because I’ve lived it.
I’ve been the person in transition, not knowing which version of myself was coming next. I’ve been the one whose body stopped cooperating. I’ve navigated grief, reinvention, business, motherhood, illness, and the particular kind of exhaustion that comes from giving everything to everyone for too long. I’ve also been the one dancing Ceroc on a Monday, sailing across the Atlantic, sitting in ceremony with Peruvian shamans, and reading picture books to my granddaughter.
All of it informs the work. All of it makes me better at it.
So here is what I actually offer, in its full, unashamed, multifaceted glory.
I can help you shift energetically, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I work with birth trauma, ancestral healing, nervous system repair, subconscious belief patterns, NLP, hypnotherapy, and Theta Healing. Twenty-five years of practice. I have seen things shift that people had given up on shifting.
I also have LifeWave patches in my toolkit now, which means I can support your body at the cellular level, pain, energy, sleep, hormones, skin, cognitive function. And because LifeWave has a brand partner model with genuine income potential, that support can extend into the financial dimension of your life too.
I take people to Peru. Sacred sites, authentic shamanic ceremony, the kind of experience that rearranges something fundamental in you. I’m leading a trip in late September 2027 and there is nothing quite like having a life-changing experience alongside people who become lifelong friends.
I write children’s picture books, because the inner child never stops needing tending, and sometimes the most profound healing begins with a story. My next book is on its way into the world, and there will be more.
I make bespoke Christmas stockings. This year I’m making two new ones for the new arrivals in our family, and if you want something handmade, personal, and genuinely beautiful for the children in your life, you’re welcome to ask.
And once a month, under the full moon, I hold a fire ceremony. We set intentions. We let things go. We watch fire do what fire has always done: transmute energy into light. We connect with like-minded people in a space that feels both ancient and completely alive.
None of this is random. All of it is me.
Life is an ever-evolving stage, and we are always playing more than one role. The healer and the traveller. The author and the ceremonialist. The grandmother and the dancer. The woman who once wanted a horse and chose the whole world instead.
If something here is calling to you, I’d love to hear which part. Book a TruthMap call and let’s find out where we begin.
