Are You Smothered Under a To-Do List That Never Seems To End? This is one of the stealthy ways we keep ourselves in stress! We write a whole list of everything we need to do and the list in itself can be overwhelming, and as we go through the list we keep adding more things to it. Abraham once said to simply write down the top 3 -5 most important things to YOU on your list and let the Universe handle the rest. All of those other “things” are just the busy work that keeps us distracted from achieving our goals. Do SOMEthing, ONE thing, every day and when you’re noticing any kind of resistance, stop. Move away from the space you are in, break your energy pattern and focus before returning to the task. Then you can get through your list and your assorted emotions stress free by actively practising noticing your energy in the moment.
