I strongly encourage anyone who is stuck and stopped and scared to consider studying with Shannon. Life is different now! I feel rooted and like I belong here. I have switched to self-care, this, after years of holding myself responsible for everything and everyone, over-caring for others and becoming a control freak. I now practice staying present in my body, paying attention, breathing fully and learning to pause, yet still being me: loving, spontaneous, happy, innovative, deeply feeling, and grateful that I even get to be here experiencing this life! it's because I took From Fear Into Love, that my life has opened up in this way. I proudly share the immense transformation I experienced from taking the course FFIL with Shannon O’Flaherty! Learning to clear and unblock my Chakras has caused a major change for me personally regarding the anxiety issues I used to have prior to enrolling.
