Do you ever wonder why you’re so stressed all the time?
Stress is a consciousness. If you think about it, there’s so much stress from all different types of things coming at us every day!
All of the radiation in the world, noise pollution, the energy and dynamics at your job, deadlines, your family, screaming children, your parents, even your friends sometimes!
Trying to fit in and balance all of the things you’ve got to do, in the amazing human concept of time or lack of time – all of these things feed into our stress.
Not to mention all of the food that we put in our body, sugar, additives, alcohol and any amount of other things that aren’t helping us deal with stress.
And of course, there are loads of different modalities out there in the world to help you deal with and soothe stress which your nervous system remembers by the way!
And guess what? This could also trace back to your birth experience. If you think about the actual physical birth experience of that baby pushing through that 10 centi-meter in diameter opening, and the mother’s pushing stress, the actual act of childbirth in itself, is stressful, and your nervous system is going to remember that at a cellular level, unless that is cleared.
Add to the imprint all of the emotional things going on with the mother; maybe a fear of childbirth, or an absent partner, or,or,or and any complications with that baby, if there are any birth complications.
So you can do a lot things to help yourself deal with your stress on a daily basis. But wouldn’t it be smarter to get down to the root of what is actually holding your stress in your cells, in your nervous system at the deepest core level, and heal that?
To me, that makes the most sense. I do loads of different things to help myself deal with stress if it surfaces but I am rarely stressed because I have done so much deep healing work at the core level.
But for daily maintenance you can meditate, walk in nature, hugging trees is really cool and they love it too. And there’s EFT tapping. I have a great colleague/friend who does that and/or you can empower yourself with knowledge and understanding by tuning into your astrological charts. I know some amazing astrologers too out there.
