Healers and spiritual people are notorious for “dabbling” – try a little of this, try a little of that, and that’s fine, but you will not likely reach enlightenment that way. In order to truly shift you must practice on a consistent daily basis. Just like dieting for one day is not going to give you the results you want. It’s a lifestyle!
