Give Yourself the Gift of Daily Meditation

The best gift you can give yourself every day is to stop and meditate. 

Even if it’s just five minutes. When we meditate it calms down our adrenals, and it clears our mind of all of that monkey chatter going on. 

It’s a time to get aligned in your centre and connect to your higher self, to your spirit. 

And if you go into meditation with intention, you can receive answers from the universe. 

All you need to do is quieten your mind and focus on your breathing. You can even do single nostril breathing. You hold one nostril closed, inhale through the other, hold it, and then close that nostril and exhale through the other.

Even if you don’t want to do that, if you simply focus on the in breath, and focus on the out breath, feel the great coming in and out of your nose.  Tune into that. 

And notice when your mind starts jumbling up again and then stop and start again.

If you can learn to clear your mind and all noise and outside activity, even just for five minutes every day your life will change.

Why don’t you try by grounding yourself first, get connected to the earth, come back into your body. 

You can take yourself on your own guided meditation, think about your happy place and put yourself right there and enjoy the bliss.
