Description
In couple’s therapy, we create an open dialogue between the partners to help address the core issues and establish deeper trust, vulnerability, and communication. I will provide you with exercises and tools that are tailored to your unique circumstances so that you can work together to stay on steady ground and continue to grow as a couple. However, I recognize that establishing open communication boundaries with each other can be difficult, and if that’s the case, we can also work with each partner individually in parallel with the joint sessions. This approach is akin to mediation, but our focus is on identifying the root issues that are undermining your relationship. By doing so, we can work together to heal them consciously and compassionately.
Ultimately, my goal is to help you and your partner build a stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationship that is grounded in mutual respect, understanding, and love.
