Your Frequency Is A Choice!

Your frequency is a choice. What’s a frequency you may ask? I like to look things up in the dictionary, sometimes even if I know what it means, just to see the official meaning. 

When I looked up frequency, it said: the rate per second of a vibration constituting a wave, either in a material, as in sound waves, or in an electromagnetic field, as in radio waves and light. 

In other words, different thicknesses of glass will absorb different frequencies of sound. It also said, the particular wave band at which radio signals are broadcast or transmitted. 

Now, as all of us are light beings, we transmit a frequency. Our body gives off infrared light. You can see it with special infrared goggles. The heat in our body is infrared light. 

Everything there is, has its own frequency. That’s why the food that we eat affects us, our environment affects us, our thoughts, our words and our actions all have an impact on our frequency, or our vibration that we give off. 

Depending on how you were raised, what your birth imprint was, and what was passed down from your ancestors, all of this goes into the mix of who we’ve become as adults and of what our vibration may be.

Now, does that mean if it was all terrible, we’re doomed for life? No, absolutely not! We all have the power to change our frequency, to change our vibration. It’s a choice as humans. 

The best thing about being human is our free will and our choice. There are lots of ways that you can change your vibration, your frequency. The easiest one, of course, is to change your thoughts.

“Oh, but I can’t change my thoughts,” you might be thinking, because there might be a million monkey chatter thoughts going on in your brain. Except that, you can.

That’s why meditation is such a big thing. Stillness is a beautiful thing. And boy, did I learn how to appreciate stillness when I was living on a boat for eight months. Because even when the sea was utterly calm, a boat is never perfectly still. Before sailing, I used to never be able to just sit still and meditate in total stillness. I wanted to dance or jump up and down on the trampoline. That’s fine, too. 

Moving meditation is also a good thing. But when you can access a point of stillness in your mind without noise coming in, without clouding thoughts, just stillness, then you can receive more information from your higher self, from your guides, angels, whatever it is that you tap into. 

Changing your thoughts is the fastest way and probably the easiest way to change your vibration, because we get triggered all the time. Somebody does something or says something, and we just get annoyed. And when we get annoyed, we immediately shift out of our alignment, out of our centre, off to the side. 

Most of us then pop back into alignment once we’re not annoyed anymore. But so many people focus on the lack energy, on the anger, or the fear energy and yes, there’s a lot of that in the world going on that you can focus on. You can choose to focus on the fear, anger, sadness and lack. 

And you know what? Yin Yang, there’s always another side, there’s light, there’s dark. Even if it’s just one tiny speck of sand, that you can focus on something that is good and positive, choose to focus on that.

Because if you focus on the positive, it will change your vibration. And when you change your vibration, your frequency, you start to transmit different energy. You emit a lighter frequency, you emit something that’s going to then – law of attraction – attract the same like frequency back to you, so better things start to happen. 

This is how you change your energy field. Now there’s a million ways to do it. There are so many different healing modalities. Choose one that resonates with you. 

You can change your diet, absolutely. You can start to exercise, because it releases all of those wonderful endorphins in your body and your hormones change. You can take preventative action.

Because when we’re in pain and aching, guess what happens? Our frequency goes down because we’re in pain and aching. Or if we’re not sleeping, we’re not functioning to our highest ability, because we’re exhausted. And when we’re exhausted or in pain, it’s very hard to be positive, upbeat and feeling good and in alignment all the time. 

We are body, mind and spirit. Everything works together, and when we see what our emotional default programs are from our birth imprint, from how we were raised, from how we were growing up, then we can heal those things that are holding us back. 

Subconscious belief systems running your default programs that you couldn’t imagine are controlling your response system! Even something that seems so obvious, like self nurturing, so many people don’t do it because they weren’t raised that way. 

Maybe your parents weren’t great nurturers. Maybe they didn’t take care of themselves. Maybe they were of a low vibration, of a low frequency, and were fighting and screaming all the time, or putting you down, or telling you that you were worthless. 

All of these things go into this amazing container that we call our body, but really, we’re all just energy. We’re all just light, and we have control and the ability to work with that process and flow of energy in our body, to change it, so it works for us. 

So I highly encourage you to find what resonates with you. If you’re not joyously happy, if you don’t feel great in your body every day, if you’re getting triggered every day by the smallest things to the biggest things, then maybe it’s time to book a call.
